Make your own spinach wrap

Don’t sleep on Instagram recipes. Quiet as kept, I prefer to watch those quick clips rather than an hour-long show. So, imagine my enthusiasm when I saw just how simple it was to make this spinach wrap recipe.

Did you know you only need spinach and eggs to make a spinach wrap? You can throw in a bit of salt for good measure, but only if you want.

I filled up my Bullet with fresh leafy spinach and added an egg, a dash of salt and then we were off to the races. (Only figuratively!)

Next, I poured the mixture on a thin baking sheet after spraying the pan with cooking spray. You can spread it out for evenness then pop it in the oven at about 350 degrees. It should bake pretty quickly. So, give it 10 minutes once the oven hits 350.

Once baked you can add your filling right onto the baking sheet and slice enough to wrap. You can also pop the wrap out of the baking sheet and roll it up for later.

I made western egg and sausage and put in my spinach wrap. It was quite good, but I’m super excited to make a chickpea salad spinach wrap. That’s going to be awesome! And by the way, I also got the chickpea salad recipe off of Instagram too.

Check out my video above and if you try the recipe for the spinach wrap, comment below and let me know.
